Services are provided exclusively based on confirmed orders and contracts concluded between the parties.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• The user is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the assets and machinery subject to evaluation.
• The user is responsible for meeting payment deadlines and the agreed contractual conditions.
• The user benefits from access to purchased materials and courses, in accordance with the granted license.

3. RustyBilt Rights and Obligations

• RustyBilt undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting industry standards.
• RustyBilt does not guarantee specific financial results; evaluations and recommendations are based on data provided by the user.
• RustyBilt reserves the right to modify prices and conditions, with prior notification to active users.

4. Limitation of Liability

RustyBilt cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by the use of services, up to the maximum limit of the contract value. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service provision.

5. Termination of Use

RustyBilt may suspend or terminate user access in case of non-payment, provision of false information, or breach of terms. The user may request termination of the contract with a 30-day notice.

6. Modification of Terms

RustyBilt reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be notified by email 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
